I loved that show and Dan was my hero for a while. I never met Dan, but I did meet Bozo the Bear who played Ben. Bozo passed in 1999. Now I need to find Grizzly Adams on DVD. Sniff.

Dammit! I watched the hell out of that show back in the day. My grandmother, when asked why she reads the obituaries, replied, “Because people I know are in them now.” I’m only 49, but I’m beginning to know how she feels.
